Although advance payment of hosting fees is required, it does not bind you for the full contract length. When you cancel before the end of your term, we will refund back to you the remaining unused portion. For example, you pay 18,000 yen for 2 years of Little Elf plan and after month 11 you decide to cancel by notifying us one month in advance. We will then refund 9,000 yen to you (750 yen X 12 months remaining). No questions asked, no hassle and no headaches, just good hosting!
